Homemade pizza in 20 minutes or How to make easy pizza dough from scratch

Good news: Yes, you can make pizza from scratch in 20 minutes! I’ve made this kind of pizza a lot lately. It’s easy, quick, delicious and perfect for holidays, when people come over to relax and watch a movie. If you are a pizza lover and like to make your own pizza, this is definitely a recipe to try.

Ingredients: 2 cups Greek yogurt, 2½ cups flour, 1½ teaspoons baking soda, 1½ teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons oregano and (optional) 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Instructions: Mix ingredients in a bowl until combined and then knead it on a well-floured surface for a few minutes. The dough might be a little sticky, but that’s ok. (If the dough gets too sticky, just add some flour.) Form into pizza shape, brush with olive oil (that’s optional, but recommended), add your toppings and bake at 230 degrees C (450 degrees F) for 10 to 12 minutes.

The pizza is done in 20 minutes and it tastes great. What do you want more? Well, a beer maybe. Enjoy.

p.s.: As seen in photos above, one of our favorite toppings lately has been lightly fried onions.
