I always love to have flowers in the apartment, especially in this time of the year.
I know it’s weird that my usual Monday post is coming on Friday. (THANKS to those of you who sent sweet emails checking on me!!) This week has been a little bit weird and I’ve had lots of computer work to do. Plus, Arne is going from day care to preschool this month. There have been days, when I could blog after 9.30 pm or so, but I really don’t feel like living behind the computer. And taking photos (for blog posts) at night also isn’t a very good idea. So, a little blogging break was the right thing to do, I think. But, I’m happy I’m back and next week I hope to catch up to my regular blog schedule. However, here are just a few things I love at the moment – it’s the little things that make these days!
Arne and I baked brownies and cupcakes this week.
This wooden yarn bowl was a birthday gift for my husband’s grandmother. She loves to knit. (You might remember this cardigan she made for Arne.) I found this yarn bowl idea here. We bought the bowl and my brother helped us to make the yarn bowl. He’s the wood master here!
We had a little family trip last Sunday. It was such a beautiful, sunny day. It looks like we’ll have rain this weekend. It’s been raining here for the last few days.
