At first I just wanted to post one smoothie recipe – rhubarb strawberry smoothie recipe. But then, yesterday morning I made the other one for Arne’s breakfast and he loved it. I did too. It was the pineapple banana raisin smoothie. So, now I’m posting both recipes. I hope you’ll like them, if you try and make them.
Rhubarb Strawberry Smoothie Recipe, 2 servings:
Ingredients: ½ cup rhubarb (trimmed and sliced), ½ cup orange juice, 10 strawberries (halved), 1 tablespoon honey, 1 cup milk
Directions: Put the trimmed and sliced rhubarb and orange juice into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until soft (for about 10 minutes). Remove the pan from the heat and leave to cool. Then put the rhubarb, strawberries, milk and honey in a blender. Mix all together until smooth.
Pineapple Banana Raisin Smoothie Recipe, 2 servings:
Ingredients: 1 banana (sliced), ½ pineapple (chopped), 1 handful raisins, 1½ cup milk, 1 tablespoon honey
Directions: Mix all together in a blender, until smooth and creamy (and until no chunks of raisins remain). This smoothie makes a great breakfast. …or afternoon snack.

Second one sounds amazing! I might have to leave out the raisins.
